Warner Bros' new trilogy for the upcoming animated film Scoop! It begins with Shaggy and Scooby-Doo talking to the audience.
"Maybe it's time to make a new movie," says Scooby-Doo as he sits next to Shaggy inside a movie theater.
"Good idea, Scoop. But first, we need trilre," Shaggy responds. "Can you do the voice of a man who makes movies in suspenseful shows?"
"In a world destroyed by evil, discover the epic origin story of the greatest team of heroes in the history of mystery," Scooby says as he attempts to do so. The suspenseful video reveals a mysterious spacecraft hovering in the sky before jumping into gang crime.
Then we go to a shaggy guy and a younger Scooby on the beach, apparently the first time they met.
When the officer is about to book Scooby, Shaggy shouts: "He's not a stray dog!"
"Well, then, what's his name?" he asks.
