Here's how to prepare a home made mixture to exfoliate the skin and prevent it from being exposed to infections

Mary Khoury of dermacab Beauty Centre weekly looks at the readers of The Art Website for aesthetic advice.

The advice for this week is about the importance of peeling skin which is necessary once or twice a week, especially for a young woman who puts make-up daily on her face, as the exfoliation process helps to remove the dead and dry layer of the skin.

Choose a light peeler that suits your skin type, especially if it is greasy, and of course you should select the peeler with a skin specialist in order to clean pores to prevent skin infection.
You can prepare the peeler at home through a natural mixture: two tablespoons of sugar (preferably brown sugar) and a quarter teaspoon of honey and mix it with rose water, put the mixture on the skin and massage the face with it for ten minutes in a circular way, and then wash the face with water.
